Shipping policy

Nerlino Bespoke currently ships to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations.

Orders are handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and begins after dispatch.

Shipping is charged separately and displayed at checkout before payment. Larger orders may ship in multiple parcels. Tracking information is provided when your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact nerlinobespoke@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Please retain the packaging and include photographs where possible so we can help resolve it.
