Refund policy

Shoe trees are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including fit or hardware-finish preferences. Please review the product description and fit information before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact nerlinobespoke@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photographs of the item and packaging where possible, and retain the packaging while we review the issue.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions if needed.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
